Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire I am a retired professional mechanical engineer who has been making and repairing clocks for over 20 years, with a superb fully equipped workshop which is capable producing almost any part that is required in the field of clock making and repair. I work from home so it’s easy to park right outside and I am available after hours including all weekend and making most parts in house all this helps to keep costs to a minimum, this means I can offer a complete service at a competitive price. I am able to take on all types of clock repair, but I am particularly interested in the mass produced clocks manufactured in the last 150 years, modern Comitti, Hermle clocks a speciality.
As standard with all service work undertaken I research the clocks history, provide a detailed invoice listing all work done, supply a DVD with lots of high resolution photographs of the entire process, instructions on how to get the best from your clock and provide a written 2 year guarantee.
